Inhoud

Every physiotherapist has seen it—patients with chronic neck pain who struggle with movement restrictions, muscle imbalances, and recurring discomfort. Despite various treatments, their pain keeps coming back. Why? Research shows that changes in movement patterns and neuromuscular control are key factors in persistent neck pain. If these dysfunctions aren’t addressed, the cycle continues.

This PowerTalk explores the most common movement and neuromuscular impairments in patients with chronic neck pain and highlights the crucial role of targeted exercise in breaking this pattern. Beyond just pain relief, restoring optimal movement and muscle function is essential for long-term recovery.

The focus of this session is the research-based exercise approach for managing neck pain. This includes a structured exercise program based on detailed movement analysis and muscle testing, ensuring a precise and individualized rehabilitation process. Participants will gain practical strategies to improve movement quality, enhance muscle activation, and support long-term patient outcomes.

Join us to refine your clinical approach and learn how targeted exercises can optimize recovery for your patients with neck pain.
